The  ACS Voucher for WooCommerce plugin allows you to easily and quickly create and print vouchers for ACS via WooCommerce, as well as inform you and your customers about their status.

By using the REST API technology of ACS Web Services, in each order you have the option to create the voucher based on the order details, to select desired weights and costs (in case of change or non-registration in WooCommerce) as well as if you want additional services of ACS (such as Saturday delivery).

With ACS Voucher for WooCommerce, to create a voucher you just have to make sure that the order details are correct and click create voucher and then you can print it. The plugin automatically creates a Pickup List at the time you set in the settings. It also integrates the ACS calculator as a shipping method, where it is optionally possible to automatically calculate shipping fees according to the user’s address or ZIP code when completing an order.

The plugin can optionally send a notification via email (using WooCommerce Order Tracking) or via SMS/ Viber (using WooCommerce SMS) to the customer regarding the progress of their shipment.

How to install the plugin?

Installing the plugin is a very simple process. First, you need to download the plugin from the Web Expert membership area and save it to your computer. Then, on your website, from the WordPress admin area, go to “Plugins>Add New Plugin” and select “Upload Plugin”. Finally, you select the file you saved on your computer and select “Install Now”. For more information look up the corresponding README file that comes with the plugin or consult the plugin’s documentation.

What can I do if I get an invalid license even though I entered it correctly?

First, you can try to remove the license key from the plugin settings, select save settings, and then enter it again.

In the event that the server that serves you blocks the communication to webexpert.gr, the license check cannot be carried out. You can contact your provider and ask to whitelist our IP addresses: 5.9.116.30 and 5.9.116.27.

Can I create bulk vouchers?

Yes, you can automate vouchers generation by enabling “auto issue” from plugin settings. Then you can go to orders, select the orders you want and change their status to Completed.

Can I bulk print vouchers?

You can print vouchers in bulk, after creating them first, through the tasks. Then you will select the orders you want and from the bulk actions you will print the vouchers.

Can I print more than one voucher per page?

You can print vouchers in bulk by going to the tasks where you will select bulk printing. Regarding the size and the maximum number of vouchers that can be printed, it depends on the respective courier company.

Can I cancel the voucher?

You can cancel a voucher at any time. However, before taking this action, it is mandatory to contact the courier.

Which countries does the plugin support?

The voucher issue supports Greece and Cyprus, while the shipping calculation only concerns Greece.

How do I inform the user about the courier company and the shipment number?

As long as you have installed the WooCommerce Order Tracking plugin, the user is automatically informed by email about the courier company and the shipping number when the order is completed, after you have previously created the voucher.

How does the admin delivery notification work?

The plugin at regular intervals asks the courier company through the Web Service about the order’s shipping progress and the administrator can monitor through the orders for its delivery or refusal to deliver.

Is it possible to calculate shipping costs?

ACS provides the possibility to calculate shipping costs based on the price list of the agreement you have entered into with Acs, as long as it is selected in the shipping zones in the WooCommerce shipping settings.

Why is the shipping calculation not working?

ACS shipping calculation requires that you have entered your store address and/or zip code in your WooCommerce settings, as well as product weights or plugin settings. To calculate the transport costs, the type of destination of the shipment (e.g. within the city, island, etc.), the type of additional service (e.g. cash on delivery, morning delivery, etc.) and the weight (actual or volumetric) are taken into account.

Why does it show me that there are unprinted vouchers or that there are no specific numbers?

Due to jams that occur in the ACS system, when issuing a list, it may show that there are unprinted vouchers or that there are no specific numbers.

What can I do if I cannot find and print the voucher by number?

You are given the ability to quickly print or cancel a voucher if it is not found, based on the number, without looking for it on the orders page. These shortcuts are located under the plugin settings fields. What you can do is copy the unprinted shipment number that the message shows you and go to the plugin settings, in the voucher print field and enter the shipment number by selecting print. You will then print the voucher again and be able to go to the tasks and print the list.

How does the pickup list work?

You give the pickup list to the courier and it includes the vouchers of the orders you will deliver.
In order to print the pickup list you will need the vouchers you have created to be printed in order to issue the pickup list.
In the event that a pickup list is issued and you then print new vouchers for which you do not issue a pickup list on the same day, then they will not be able to be included in the following day’s pickup list!
You will also need the vouchers to have been created on the same day, i.e. do not try to create a pickup list from the previous days.

When can I issue a pickup list?

The pickup list must be issued within the day and includes the day’s vouchers. In the event that a pickup list is issued and you then print new vouchers for which you do not issue a pickup list on the same day, then they will not be able to be included in the following day’s pickup list.

How many pickup lists can I print?

If a pickup list is issued during the day and then you print a new voucher you can manually issue a second pickup list for the same day.

How can I print past pickup lists?

You can just print the pickup lists of previous days, simply from the plugin settings by selecting the date of the day you want and then, from the list that appears, select the ones you need. The pickup lists must have already been created in the previous days.

How can I change the sender details shown on the voucher?
To change the sender details you will need to contact the courier company.

Why do I receive a message with a dash when creating a voucher?

The messages that appear in the pop-up window always come from ACS through Web Services. You cannot create a voucher, because 3 words are filled in the shipping information, specifically in the shipping address field. What you can do to deal with the issue is, before selecting complete on the order, go to the shipping address and fill in up to 2 words and in the comments write the full address. Also check if the Zip code is correct.

Which courier services are provided by the plugin?

The services obtained through Web Services are the following:

Insurance, Saturday Delivery, COD, Inaccessible Area, Reception Delivery Return Shipment Service, Cyprus Economy, Point to Point (Cyprus), Door to Point (Cyprus), Point to Door (Cyprus).

How can I add order tracking to an e-shop?

To add order tracking to your online store, you can create a new page and paste the shortcode [webexpert_acs_track_form].
